We maintain policies and procedures to identify and manage conflicts of interest. The following (non-exhaustive) disclosures are made pursuant to SEBI requirements:

  • Relationships with listed companies / issuers: None.
  • Holdings: Names of directors/partners or employees who hold >X% (or any holdings) in covered issuers will be disclosed as required.
  • Remuneration / Payment: Any material compensation received from issuers for research services will be disclosed in the relevant research reports.
  • Proprietary trading / investment activities: The Research Analyst's proprietary trading and investment activities are strictly separated from research operations.

Our research reports describe the methodology, assumptions, data sources and models used. Investment horizon and benchmark for each recommendation/type of report will be clearly stated in each report.

  • 3: Resolution timeline: We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days; where not feasible, we will inform the complainant of expected timelines and escalation process.
  • 4: Monthly complaints data: In line with SEBI requirements, we will publish periodic complaint statistics and redressal status on our website (see Annexure B / Complaints Dashboard).

If unsatisfied with the resolution, investors may approach SEBI or other statutory grievance mechanisms as applicable.
